  • Be a technical and creative thinker who helps to shape the ways we differentiate our product offering;
  • Clearly articulate the technical differentiators of platform capabilities and create technical marketing and competitive collateral including technical battle cards, white papers, presentations, videos and demonstrations;
  • Develop in-depth technical knowledge of key competitors’ features and functions to build out defensible analysis/proof points and positioning;
  • Own and execute product and feature launches and build technical product content and demos to help customers, press and analysts to understand the value we add;
  • Work closely with Product Managers as you plan releases and coordinate the plan with stakeholders in the Marketing, Customer Ops and Support teams;
  • Support research activities to identify potential market opportunities and help to inform our roadmap decisions;
  • Support sales enablement efforts with the right competitive positioning and messaging so the Customer Ops team are better prepared to win deals against our competitors.

Hard Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager, product designer, engineer, user researcher or technical product marketing manager.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deeply understand the competitive landscape and translate it into insights for Pipefy’s roadmap and positioning.
  • Ability to keep up with market changes and trends to influence Pipefy’s roadmap and positioning.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of technical / information and distill for different audience segments in clear and effective ways.
  • Demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative research skills, including data analysis, data synthesis, SWOT analysis, and data-driven recommendations is required.
  • Experience developing technical presentations, white papers, product guides, briefs etc.
  • Had experience in high-growth software companies or fast-paced startups.
  • Had experience marketing to multiple industries and business lines.
  • Had experience enabling internal organizations with content, demos or other materials.
  • Had deep knowledge of Pipefy’s product.
  • A fast-paced environment full of enormous challenges and the possibility to create a global employer brand.
  • Support positions in Brazil, US and other countries (remotely).
  • Participate in the construction of Pipefy’s Talent Acquisition foundations, implement a varied number of processes.
  • Autonomy to propose and implement new projects.
