Our focus is the development, manufacture and supply of exciting branded and own-brand beauty products and gifts to internationally recognised high street retailers. This is a fast-moving and demanding environment, with new product launches occurring throughout the year.
We are looking for a QC Supervisor to join our busy Quality Team at our manufacturing site in Frome.
In this role you will assist the support for the Assistant QC Manager within all areas of quality control. The role will include:
Assist with briefing the QC Team and allocating workload
Overseeing the online quality checks, ensuring these are thoroughly and efficiently completed
QC check completed production pallets
Raising non-conformances.
Collating and recording issue and mistake data
Providing feedback to Team Leaders and other staff when quality issues occur
Highlighting issues and errors, liaising with managers to ensure a satisfactory resolution
Providing guidance help and training for QC Team when required. Providing full cover in the absence of the Assistant QC Manager.
Collate monthly error summary and send a copy to managers.
Attend the daily Production Planning Meeting in the absence of the Assistant QC Manager - outlining the productions start-ups and any production issues for that day
QC check completed production pallets working out the level of inspection and fill out all relevant paperwork
