About the Role:
Reporting in to the Performance Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading regional paid media operational tasks, optimizations and budget management across a range of activities, including platforms such as Google, Bing, Yandex, Baidu and Facebook. The role will be based in NY.
Key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring performance across all regional paid media activity
Delivering reporting and actionable insights back in to the territory teams
Use data driven insights to quickly iterate and methodically improve results day on day, week on week and month on month
Specifics of account management and optimization include Campaign structure, keyword research, keyword management, keyword bidding, ad copywriting and testing, search content integration, related search strategies, landing page testing, and any other core capability required to maximize results, drive volume, and hit targets.
Working with our in-house design team on banner and ad creation
Constant optimization of campaigns to agreed revenue and ROI targets
Managing daily paid campaign spend to ensure optimum campaign performance
Conducting competitor research and analysis
Reporting and analysis to show impact of work. Supporting the Performance Marketing Director with strategic direction using this data
Requirements
Proven experience in a Paid Media role, either agency or in-house
Experience in working towards defined revenue and marketing KPI targets
Strong competency in working with data and an ability to present these as insights to the wider management team
Team player – able to collaborate across functions
Initiative – able to think outside of the box and present solutions to business challenges across the function
