About the Role:
Reporting in to the Global Marketing Director, the Head of Performance Marketing is responsible for driving digital marketing strategy and execution across the Northern Eastern Europe territory for Lookfantastic. You will lead territory performance across PPC, Affiliates, Influencer, CRM and SEO. The role will be based at our Manchester HQ.
Key responsibilities will include:
Working with the Head of Ecommerce to plan, build and execute the territory strategy, through all Performance Marketing channels
Full ownership of the Marketing COS% budget ensuring that channel mix participation improvements, within channel efficiencies and growth targets are implemented to underspend vs. the monthly/annual budget
Build out all performance marketing plans and sign-off budgets aligned to the Head of Ecommerce P&L submissions and forecasts
Driving accelerated new customer acquisition whilst reducing the CAC (Customer Acquisition Costs)
Working closely with the Head of CRM & CRM Director to better cohort model the territory customers in order to improve annual spend per account
Continuous monitoring of competitor performance and initiatives to ensure Lookfantastic stays ahead of market activity
Ensuring all performance marketing activations closely align to the trading, social and campaigns calendar to maximise opportunity within the market
Feeding back on initiatives around continuous site improvements to maximise conversion and AOV and reduce bounce rate on site and reduce barriers to buying online
Collaborating with buying team to ensure a continuous feedback loop around channel performance and insight into stock range, GWP’s and offer requirements to drive the delivery of all JBP’s
Collaborates with commercial marketing function to identify new commercial income streams and enable the successful delivery of existing commercial streams
Regular reporting of territory performance from marketing channel KPI’s, new customer acquisition, marketing cost of sale, CAC, SPA and OHW%
Audit and setup all relevant process not in place to improve communications and efficiencies across the team

Gives clear guidance to team members ensuring quarterly objectives are set and monitored and continuous feedback is given to team to aid their development
Develops skills of the team – identifies individual training needs as well as encourages effective teamwork, KPI’s setting and communicating clear goals/targets
Works with all central teams to ensure all marketing specialists stay ahead of the curve on their discipline training to drive forward best practice and growth
Requirements
Proven management experience across Performance Marketing (PPC, CRM, Affiliates, SEO, Influencers), either agency side or in-house
Experience of managing budgets across these channels and delivering clear and progressive ROI
Excellent communicator – able to give clarity and set direction to the team
Ability to form good working relationships with internal teams and external clients
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
