About the Role

The Hut Group is seeking a HR & Talent Manager who can lead our organisation in becoming a premier employment destination for top talent globally. Our new HR & Talent Manager will have a demonstrated ability of being highly effective in creating a vision that supports a positive team culture through hands-on leadership and engagement. As HR & Talent Manager, the selected HR professional will act as a trusted People Partner to senior business leaders within a generalist role. Reporting directly to the Group People Director (UK based), you will be responsible for driving effective and quality people services while making recommendations for improvement in-line with overall growing business strategy for the Region. This role will operate across the full spectrum of People functions including but not limited to;

    Talent Management and Acquisition

    Compensation and Benefits

    Performance Management

    Employee Relations

    Learning & Development

    Employee Engagement and Retention Strategies


    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing or other related field
    Strong understand of Talent best practice.

    Working knowledge of local local employment regulations.
    At least 3+ years of experience in HR-related functions
    Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, procedures, talent acquisition strategies and labour law compliance
    Track record in providing strategic HR advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders
    Strong organisational and problem solving-skills
    Ability to respond appropriately and independently to a variety of complex and challenging situations
    Highly organized with strong attention to detail, documentation and accuracy
    Hands-on in delivering people solutions with ability to get the basics right quickly to earn credibility with stakeholders
    Proactive and do not wait for problems to resolve themselves which saves business units valuable time and risk
