Job Description

As a Solution Consultant, you will help us earn customer trust and revenue through technical acumen, consultative engagements, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Working with our sales, marketing, and engineering leads, you will deliver innovative traceability solutions. Seattle or Detroit are preferred work locations.

How you will help us grow

· Implement Alitheon’s technical platform for factory automation and field service use cases, ensuring reliable deployments of software, cloud services, and hardware components

· Produce feasibility tests, demos, and system designs on behalf of potential clients

· Collaborate with customers to achieve technical milestones, pilot success, and production launches

· Interpret product feedback in collaboration with our marketing and engineering teams

· Drive customer satisfaction through training, best practices, and rollout support

· Develop partners, resellers, and integrators for joint implementation work

· Evangelize Alitheon’s capabilities through demos, workshops, events, or social techniques

· Uncover new opportunities for Alitheon within existing customers

Qualifications

Your skills we need

· 7+ years of hands-on B2B technical services, consulting, or software delivery experience

· History of working within project management structures and client milestones

· Demonstrated familiarity with manufacturing sites, quality processes, and Industry 4.0 trends

· Technical experience specifying or deploying high-availability production systems

· Knowledge of imaging systems, optics, industrial cameras, and/or mobile image APIs

· Expertise with enterprise clouds (AWS or Azure), on-premise systems, and hybrid models

· Experience launching new software, hardware, or IT services projects for B2B clients

· Understanding of business IT fundamentals – networking, storage, security, databases

· When safely appropriate, this role will require approximately 30% travel, typically in the US
