Job Description

Visier believes that everyone can benefit from the current cycle of innovation happening in the People Analytics community. Consultants and technology providers are developing new platforms and methods to collect, measure and connect people data, business data and people science. In this role you will help nurture and grow the community as part of Visier’s sponsorship of the People Intelligence Alliance (PIA).

 

What you'll be doing...

  • Contribute to the member-facing aspects of the PIA, including member welcome kit, communications plan, and calendar of events.
  • Evangelize the ‘wisdom of many’ approach to data sharing and interoperability of people analytics technology
  • Support the efforts to develop a world class Board of Directors for the PIA, helping put a spotlight on new Board Members and advance the momentum of the program through the strength of its leaders and members.
  • Work closely with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing to ensure alignment of PIA into key initiatives driven by Visier.

    What you'll bring to the table...

  • Minimum 5 years in marketing, communications, program/community management.
  • BA/BS or equivalent University degree
  • Experience with managing community programs and/or strategic initiatives
  • Experience in a startup or emerging growth technology company delivering disruptive solutions to Fortune 2000 companies an asset
  • Organized with strong time management, and project management skills
  • Self-starter, with a growth mindset, willing to innovate to find a better way
  • Takes informed risks and leverage mistakes to improve programs, processes, personal skills and customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results focused with strong prioritization skills and “win as a team” mentality
  • Detail oriented, with high quality standards 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, innovation, market disruption and teaching audiences embrace change -- to see that things they previously believed to be impossible, are indeed possible.
