Key to this success is a team of trusted advisors who partner with our enterprise clients to help them unlock the potential of their HR function through the use of people analytics. Our customer success team evangelizes the best practices in the use of people analytics, inspires our customers to use Visier and advocates for customers within Visier. Our customers are at the forefront of HR practices, and our customer success team is right there with them.
We are seeking a leader who can continue to grow our capabilities, engage our customers and inspire the people analytics community

What you'll be doing...

  • Leading the way as customers and your team inspire the adoption and use of Visier’s People Analytics. This means contributing to thought leadership and methods that make our customers successful.
  • Build trust with customers in ways that give us permission to link their business issues to the use of Visier resulting in strategic plans that make clear how both the customer and Visier will be successful.
  • Build deep relationships that create raving fans out of executives, experts and casual users at customers.
  • Be the voice of our customers within Visier as we improve our products and services, and the voice of Visier as we bring products and services to the customer to improve their outcomes. 
  • Proactively identify and resolve escalations and commercial risk on accounts, collaborating with Support, Professional Services, Sales, Product and leadership teams.
  • Drive the creation of customer value across the entire portfolio of customers by leveraging your team in activities like business reviews, value plans and the introduction of targeted services.

  • Domain expertise in Human Resources and good working knowledge of HR information systems and technology, business intelligence, applied analytics, etc.
  • The mindset and skills of someone who builds lasting partnerships built on trust, mutual commercial benefit and rock solid delivery.  (And you can help your team do this also)
  • Experience in the commercial relationships between customers and technology or service providers. You know how to create conditions for a successful renewal, expansion and referrals. 
  • 10+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager / Client Executive in a SaaS organization working with large enterprise clients, or a combination of experience in customer service, professional services, business consulting, sales/marketing and leadership.
  • A polished, professional and authentic communication style, you understand your stakeholders and how to approach them to foster desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to Hire. Motivate and Develop high performing talent.
  • You have been a beacon to which others gravitate. Your energy and professionalism brings others together. You have created community and connection around the issues at the intersection of Human Resources and People Analytics.
