Job Description

As a Senior Alliance Marketing Manager, you will be aligned to 2-3 of LaunchDarkly's most strategic technology partners. You will play a critical role in defining the LaunchDarkly better together story. You’ll work with our other marketing resources from brand, product, experiential, and content but will also work cross functionally across the entire LaunchDarkly organization.

We’re looking for someone to join our Partnerships Team to multiply LaunchDarkly’s brand value by defining and executing the strategic alliance marketing marketing plan for LaunchDarkly’s most important partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and account expansion, including events, webinars, and digital campaigns.

  • Develop and own a comprehensive marketing plan, primarily in the Americas, that is aligned with AWS and Microsoft Go-To-Market offerings

  • Work closely with other LaunchDarkly marketing resources to support broader company-wide marketing initiatives

  • Manage the AWS partner network marketing tools, resources and MDF usage.

  • Develop bespoke partner marketing plans for our top four most important strategic partners

  • Work closely with LaunchDarkly Sr. Alliance Manager to design, execute and improve business results with our Alliance partners

  • Collaborate with product marketing on partner campaign inclusion

  • Enable partners with content and collateral to drive customer adoption and engagement of LaunchDarkly products

Required Skills:

  • Experience creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in high-tech

  • Strong communication and written skills; ability to interact with all levels

  • Experience working with Cloud providers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Pivotal, Red Hat or ISVs like Atlassian and ServiceNow

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong presentation skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
