As our Senior Product Manager for Integrations, your focus will be supporting third-party platforms and partners who want to integrate Notarize – the most trusted authority on remote online notarization – into their industry-specific experiences, eliminating the need for them to build their own proprietary solutions. Your role will include everything from early stage research and ideation through implementation and iteration based on key success metrics. 

What you'll do as our Senior Product Manager, Integrations:

    • Map the landscape across the industries to define how Notarize fits into their specific ecosystems 
    • Collaborate with prospective and current partners as well as multiple internal teams to define purpose-built solutions; from initial conversations, through planning, scoping, onboarding, UAT, scaling, and ongoing support and iteration
    • Partner with Engineering, Sales, Business Strategy and Product leadership to bring valuable solutions to market quickly 
    • Ensure partners can seamlessly and efficiently integrate our services into their tech stacks and workflows 
    • Establish key performance metrics and implement strategies for continuously improving them

What we're looking for:

    • 5+ years of experience in software development (ideally with a mix of SaaS, startup, B2B/B2C experience)
    • A mix of technical and product expertise, with a record of delivering stellar technical products
    • Comfort working with APIs, SDKs and understanding service architectures and data flows
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs that the stakeholders themselves may not be able to articulate
    • The ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities
    • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects requiring coordination across multiple business units
    • An understanding of how to create and maintain effective developer documentation 
    • Experience using data to inform decisions and monitor product health
