PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus on what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have dedicated access to their payslips and are able to efficiently manage their leave and expense requests.
To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang, we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features. We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services.
We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain, UK and are now expanding to Italy. More than 5000 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us. Over 500 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.
Your missions ⭐
Your role → Platform Product Manager, Foundations Tribe
The mission of the Foundations Tribe is to make PayFit easy to build and easy to use.
This includes core HR experiences (ex: org chart, employee directory) for end users and tools to help other product teams solve customer & business problems.
As a Product Manager in a platform squad, your goal will be to assist other product teams by providing them tools that will help them bring value faster to our customers.
The missions includes:
1-Define the roadmap of the squad : be the owner of the problems your squad is trying to fix, stay in close touch with the other product teams (your internal users), understand the vision and strategy of the company, adapt your squad's roadmap to these elements and make sure the rest of the company knows and understand your roadmap
2-Make sure everything runs smoothly within your squad : be the partner of the Engineering manager and UX Designer of the squad, take part in the squad's life and help the developers to get involved and satisfied with their work, bring trust, dynamism and pleasure within the team
3-Drive the specification and prioritization of the product initiatives : Organize workshops with your internal users, involve the developers early in the discovery phase, make the mockups, write the functional specification, follow the development to make sure the solutions chosen are efficient and answer the needs
4- Enable the adoption of your tools : make sure the other product teams understand and extract the maximum value from the features of your perimeter (the ones you have contributed to build but the past ones as well)

You will work daily with your Tribe, composed of 3 Product Managers, 3 Product Designers and 15 developers
You will report directly to Tribe Product Director
