Do you want to drive user acquisition for Europe’s leading micro mobility company? With 6 million users in 11 countries around Europe we are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take full responsibility for all activities in the paid marketing channels, maximize marketing performance and increase the overall growth in all markets.
THE VOIAGE
As the Performance Marketing Manager you will have the full responsibility for all paid marketing channels and continuously evaluate and optimize all activities to lower the cost per acquisition and increase consumer lifetime value for all users acquired through the paid marketing channels. This will include:
Setting the short- and long term strategy for performance marketing globally
Establishing KPIs in line with the overall strategy, following up on performance and gathering insights to optimize and increase the output from all paid marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, UAC-channels, App-store)
Owning the budget for paid acquisition, setting channel strategy and marketing mix
Collaborating with local marketing teams and performance marketing agency
Managing roadmap and campaign experiment backlog for all performance marketing
Collaborating with the creative team, providing both data- and experience based input on campaign material in relevant channels
Setting up the structure for reporting and presenting the results and insight for the BU, senior management and company overall
Promoting digital innovation and a data-driven approach to marketing across the organization
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for an ambitious and flexible performance marketing-professional with a data-driven approach to performance optimization. In addition to this, we believe the right person has:
Several years experience in a global performance marketing role for a consumer app
Experience of managing local performance marketing campaigns in collaboration with local marketing teams
Experience of strategic responsibility for performance marketing, including budget, channel strategy and marketing mix
Experience of advanced attribution-models, experience of mobile attribution-models and Adjust is a merit
Experience of high volume user acquisition, performance analytics, conversion rate optimization and data-visualization, experience in Tableau is a merit
Experience from app-store optimization is a merit
