Job Description
We are recruiting an experienced project manager with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a track record of working alongside local authorities and community groups. As a City Relationship Manager (CRM's) you will own Voi's relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders with complex interests and demands. You will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are involved in the pre-operational phase of the service, and following service launch. Following the service launch you will be the primary relationship owner with the city and will be responsible for overseeing smooth and successful scaling of the service in their respective cities, working alongside Voi's operations team.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
Strong project management, ideally evidenced by APM, PRINCE or similar
Exceptional stakeholder engagement - strong diplomacy and a collaborative approach
Prior application of business process re-engineering and / or operations management; CRM's will need to work closely and effectively with Voi's operations team
Analytical experience including using working with complex datasets
Ability to work at pace with calm and authority
Knowledge of transport governance in the UK and experience working with local authorities
