Job Description

Yotpo is looking for a tech-oriented Customer Support agent - Tier 2. If you are an individual who thrives in a fast paced environment, who leads, takes ownership, is tech-savvy and loves client interactions - we’re waiting to hear from you!

The main role of Tier 2 is to provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics for Yotpo customers and to offer tailor-made solutions for unique issues. This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as a knowledge of web technologies, APIs and communication protocols.

We are looking for a strong team player with exceptional communication skills and strong sense of responsibility. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with complex and advanced product issues
  • Communicate with external customers (business owners), provide advanced technical information on the product  
  • Manage bug workflows and work in close contact with related R&D teams
  • Participate in testing new features before their general release (R1)
  • Offer internal assistance, mentor and train other customer-facing teams

Requirements

  • Fluent level of English - MUST  (Native English Speaker or comparable - Advantage)
  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Support – MUST
  • Experience in web technologies such as SQL, CSS, HTML - MUST
  • Knowledge of API - advantage
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms - advantage
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers via email, chat or phone
  • Ability to handle and escalate issues following internal procedures
  • Full time position - Ability to work Monday - Friday
