Job Description

Vidyard is looking for a collaborative and efficiency-minded operations professional that wants to become part of a rapidly growing team. The Revenue Operations Lead will balance a customer-centric approach, working closely with our Sales and Customer Experience team, while also driving standardization to scale. You have a well-rounded understanding of quoting, deal quality considerations, forecasting and reporting. You are energized by the opportunity to be a key individual in helping VY close deals, are eager to learn new skills/ technologies and seek ways to streamline processes. In this role you will be a key member of the Business Operations and Analytics team working closely with our Salesforce Manager, and Data Analytics teams.

As Revenue Operations Lead you will:

  • Manages opportunity-to-order process, including quoting and deal validations, with consideration of customer, finance and legal impacts 
  • Administers SKUs, Pricebooks and subscription data in subscription management and billings tool (Zuora & Salesforce)
  • Collaborates with departmental managers to identify process and technology enhancements to increase insights and productivity
  • Coaches the Contract Specialist and BI Analyst with task and project allocations, prioritization, guidance & review  
  • Manages and analyzes sales and pipeline forecasting
  • Influences Vidyard’s variable compensation plan for the Sales, Partner and CX teams 
  • Sales data and enterprise reporting

To be an effective team member, you will have:

  • Bachelor degree required - BBA preferred
  • In-depth understanding of Go To Market operations processes in the software industry including 
  • Knowledge of SaaS KPIs and how to measure
  • Strong analysis and business insights skills
  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) process experience a plus
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Proven ability to work with senior management and executives
