About The Position

We are seeking an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of account-based marketing campaigns aimed at penetrating high-value target accounts, strengthening the sales pipeline, and cultivating our highest-value customers. You will create, launch, and manage innovative ABM campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, great attention to detail, an affinity for metrics, and familiarity ABM tools including Terminus, Demandbase/Engagio, Marketo, Tableau, and Salesforce.

 What You'll Do:

  • Build vertical and account-based marketing campaigns aligned to our marketing strategy
  • Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and goals, and scope corresponding tactics
  • Review performance metrics to ensure each marketing activity is tracked, measured, and delivers positive ROI
  • Use data and dashboards to inform future programs and communicate campaign results
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, partnering with sales, product marketing, content marketing, brand, and other key stakeholders
  • Execute omnichannel campaign tactics—email, social media, advertising, etc.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • BA degree (marketing or technical degree preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years’ experience managing B2B technology campaigns; cybersecurity experience preferred
  • Must have proven experience with developing and executing Enterprise B2B ABM campaigns and achieving pipeline and conversion targets (ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, networking and/or cybersecurity segments).
  • Must have experience building full funnel campaign tactics and management, including the ability to identify appropriate messaging for targeted personas
  • Strong project management skills; proven experience managing projects in scope, on schedule, and within budget
  • Strong analytic and data analysis skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrive working in a culture of constant learning, testing, improvement, and rapid growth
  • Experience with ABM tools including Terminus, Demandbase/Engagio, Marketo, Tableau, and Salesforce.
