Job Description

Venminder has an opening in our fast-paced and innovative marketing team for an Inbound Marketing Coordinator. We are seeking a motivated coordinator who loves marketing – especially inbound marketing, can think outside the box, is a self-starter and can work independently once given instruction. This position will help support implementing Venminder’s inbound strategy to drive, convert and delight leads. 


The Inbound Marketing Coordinator duties will include supporting the launch of campaigns by loading our content management system (Hubspot) with our blog posts, landing pages and email. This position also assists with all social media postings.

Position can be held remotely.


  • Drafting, writing and reviewing content
  • Coordinating with content creators
  • Creating landing and thank you pages per department’s guidelines
  • Preparing batch, follow-up and automation emails
  • Working with team in creation of call-to-actions throughout the site
  • Assisting with SEO (keyword research, link building, etc.)
  • Assisting the team as needed in launching campaigns
  • Manage and keep blog and social calendars up-to-date
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices
  • Assist in any other marketing activities as needed



  • Proficiency in HubSpot tools (or similar CMS). Note: Individual will be expected to be current in various Hubspot certifications or achieve them within 90 days of employment
  • Working knowledge of inbound marketing concepts – SEO, blogging, social media, lead nurturing, workflow management, email marketing and more  
  • BA/BS degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Bonus skills: Knowledge of Salesforce campaigns, basic HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
