About Signifyd

Signifyd, the world’s largest provider of guaranteed fraud protection, enables online retailers to provide a friction-free buying experience for their customers. Signifyd leverages big data, machine learning and domain expertise to provide a 100 percent financial guarantee against fraud on approved orders that later turn out to be fraudulent.

Job Description

Signifyd leads the world in bringing the insights, innovation and compassion required to foster fearless commerce in a time of increasing digital threats. Working with some of the industry’s most recognizable retailers and brands, we are focused on using technology to enhance customer lifetime value and protect enterprises from fraud so they can focus on growing their business.

We process more than $100 billion in ecommerce transactions annually through our Commerce Network of more than 10,000 merchants selling in more than 100 countries. We focus every day on harnessing machine learning and artificial intelligence in more powerful ways to maximize our customers’ revenue and their security.

None of that happens without the right people.

Our team’s strength is in its diversity and its acceptance of new ideas and new ways to look at old challenges. We are dedicated disruptors designing a new world of commerce at scale. We know humans are not one-dimensional and we celebrate the uniqueness each individual brings to the problems we solve and the culture we create.

Signifyd is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Alliances team and report to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing. From that seat, you will be driving initiatives with board level visibility, working side by side with our CEO and CMO to own how we engage the most sophisticated retailers and ecommerce sites in the world. Your role combines market knowledge, strategy and execution in the continuous engagement of our most valuable prospective clients. This is the ultimate finishing school for strategic go-to-market experience.

We have the privilege of powering revenue optimization and fraud prevention for household names like Samsung, Lacoste, Build.com, Rite-Aid, etc. Your mission is to iterate and elevate our growth in that segment, orchestrating efforts across our Integrated Marketing, Business Development and Alliances teams.

The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to engage at the CXO level, as well as customer-facing hustle to interact with prospects and optimize marketing based on field learning. They should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about GTM challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Director and CMO in creating strategic vision and ongoing campaign cadences for enterprise marketing programs
  • Design and execute strategic account activation campaigns, tying together efforts across Integrated Marketing (demand gen), Business Development and Alliances teams
  • Develop, execute and optimize bespoke ABM strategy and motion for enterprise account micro-segments or individual accounts
  • Own reporting and insights for ABM activations within purview
  • Responsible for generating new pipeline for enterprise accounts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • The right person will possess 5-7 years of experience, across B2B marketing (center of gravity in enterprise demand gen) and strategy work.
  • Must have prior experience using key components of our ABM stack - 6Sense, Reachdesk, PathFactory, ZoomInfo, Drift, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Must possess exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
  • Travel and participation in after-hours meetings with prospects at field events (once they commonplace again) is required
  • Experience in the ecommerce ecosystem (and familiarity with merchant growing pains) is a plus
