Job Description

Looking for a proactive, results-driven individual to join a highly collaborative and fast-moving team dedicated to developing next generation PCR based product portfolio. As Scrum Master, you will be responsible for driving the definition and execution of software product development.  In this role you will interface with multiple functions to ensure successful launches of ChromaCode product systems and will be required to hold stakeholders accountable for timelines while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with team members.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
  • Resolve conflicts and drive conversations by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
  • Forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration.
  • Lead the software team in estimation and planning of reliable schedules.
  • Accountable for planning cross-functional project resources, timelines, budgets and deliverables and helping teams deliver on-time, on-spec and on-budget.
  • Facilitates group/team/working group meetings, ensuring results-oriented meetings and positive team dynamics.
  • Communicates regularly with team members, senior leaders and the other stakeholders on each program’s progress and status; escalates critical issues and risks to senior leadership with a plan-of-action to address.
  • Develops, maintains, tracks and manages high quality integrated program plans.
  • Proactively manage elements of risk and identify opportunities to accelerate project execution.

Your ideal qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile SDLC projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, engineering, or computer science.
  • Certified or Professional Scrum Master (PSM/CSM) certification required.
  • Expert in Jira, Confluence, and additional Atlassian software toolset.
  • Certificate in Project Management (PMP/PgMP) and/or Portfolio Management (PfMP) preferred.
  • Experience in new product development from early concept through development, design transfer, and launch using a phase-gate framework.
  • Experience managing post-market enhancement projects.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills+.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment with deadline and resource constraints+.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and global product launch experience preferred.
