About Beyond Identity

Beyond Identity's mission is to empower the next generation of secure digital business. By eliminating passwords and creating a fundamentally secure Chain of Trustâ„¢, our customers are able to increase business velocity, implement new business models, and reduce operating costs.

Job Description

Beyond Identity eliminates passwords and radically changes the way the world logs in without requiring organizations to radically change their technology stack or processes. By replacing passwords with fundamentally secure X.509-based certificates and enabling continuous, risk-based authentication, the company's patents-pending approach creates an extended Chain of Trust™ that dramatically improves security and provides a frictionless login experience. Beyond Identity’s cloud-native solution and advanced, standards-based architecture drastically reduces implementation time and costs–enabling customers to increase business velocity, implement new business models, and reduce operating costs.

Beyond Identity was founded by two industry titans (Jim Clark - founder of Silicon Graphics, Netscape, myCFO, Healtheon/ WebM; Tom “TJ” Jermulok - former COO/ President at Silicon Graphics and former General Partner at Kleiner Perkins) and is funded by leading investors, including Koch Disruptive Technologies and New Enterprise Associates (NEA).

About The Role

At Beyond Identity, product documentation is a strategic function that isn’t just about educating our users after they become customers. Rather it is a source of differentiation that can influence, engage and delight customers along the entire journey from prospect discovery and education to accelerating implementation and preventing issues before they arise. If that sounds like the organization you want to help create, we want to hear from you.

Beyond Identity is looking for a Technical Writer to join the product team as the first product documentation person, and to define our approach and standard. In this role you will collaborate cross functionally to drive understanding of how customers can use and get the most value from the Beyond Identity passwordless and access management platform.
