Our marketing team in EMEA is growing! This is an exciting position with a ton of growth opportunity.  

Responsibilities

This role will involve supporting the EMEA Marketing Manager in all activities to build brand awareness & generate sales leads.

Events and webinars

    Ensure the successful execution of Copperleaf events in the EMEA region, including conferences, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and community events
    Assist in creating and driving participation in webinars and other digital events
    Assist in creating marketing communication activities, such as email blasts, online content, advertising, and social media
    Own the lead allocation to sales process, including pre-event and post-event list curation
    Project manage the development of speaking abstracts and presentation content
    Analyse event performance to continually improve ROI, make recommendations for improvement, and evaluate future participation

Campaigns and pipeline marketing  

    Support the development and execution of campaigns to generate sales leads, nurture prospects, progress opportunities through the pipeline, build brand awareness, and cultivate new opportunities in our growing customer base
    Identify leads and contacts within our existing CRM system (Salesforce) that present an opportunity for our sales team

Region & Language:

Your role will involve less than 10% travel for training and team events. Your schedule is flexible – balance your time to suit you!

This position requires fluent English and German language skills, any additional European language skills would be a strong advantage.

Your Background

    Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in marketing or a related discipline
    Experience planning and executing regional events
    Strong organisational and administrative skills
    Experience using marketing automation/CRM tools, preferably Salesforce and Marketo, is a plus
