Job Description

Health IQ has an immediate need for an energetic and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide superior support and expertise to our employees and leadership. This role will focus on providing guidance and support in the areas of company policy and procedure, performance management, culture, and engagement. 

In addition, the HRBP will support various People Ops departments with internal projects and initiatives that would involve a passion for translating data into themes and solutions to support growth and performance objectives. Ultimately, the HRBP will lead and guide others in the delivery of solutions that positively impact Health IQ business. More about this role:

  • Manage Employee Relations for a fast-paced business; we are growing over 100% in 2021!
  • Partner with Senior HR team members on projects of significance, using data to understand trends and build solutions; compile HR data/metrics as it relates to attrition and headcount totals, trends and build solutions
  • Align Health IQ HR services with business unit needs through an understanding of business plans; includes building idea proposals, execution plans and implementing 
  • Provides guidance and service, focusing on liability management including employee performance, PIP’s, employee counseling, policy distribution and administration, terminations, and securing internal legal input as required.
  • Implement people strategy aligned to the business, to enhance experience and reduce liability through improved communications and HR practices; includes but not limited to, handbooks, job descriptions, performance management systems, employee counseling, compensation plans, hiring processes, terminations, and programs.
  • Serve as an initial intake for complex and sensitive in nature employee matters and escalate to HR management as needed
  • Work with all levels of the organization from front-line employee to executive leadership
  • Other opportunities as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources or related work experience
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Ability to earn the confidence and trust of others by delivering on commitments and demonstrating high standards of ethical conduct
  • Demonstrated project planning and management skills; this role will be responsible for building out idea proposals, building project plans and managing to deliverables
  • Comfortable with working and prioritizing in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be able to demonstrate speed, flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders
  • Work well independently with minimal supervision and can manage multiple priorities
