Job Description
RubiconMD allows primary care clinicians to gain access to insights from medical specialists, so they are empowered to make better decisions for their patients. We are looking for an experienced, passionate Product Manager to help us develop a seamless, powerful, and delightful product experience that engages clinicians. In this role, we look for someone who is passionate about great user experience and collaborates well across internal teams and customers to enable that experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Advance major company objectives including: growing an engaging core product, delivering new innovations, and supporting growing infrastructure needs as we scale
- Own end-to-end product management work that includes understanding user and customer problems, solutioning in partnership with engineering/design/ the entire product experience team, and delivering features
- Deliver and prioritize product requirements for our apps, including setting expectations with stakeholders, determining timelines, supporting launch plans
- Nerd out on the ins and outs of how the product works to identify areas of improvements
- Create product documentation in the form of Jira and Confluence write-ups, own and improve product analytics, create wireframes and do user research
- Cultivate a deep, data-driven understanding of users that informs design and product strategy through product analytics
- Participate in agile and lean-based processes that promote user-centric and data-driven thinking, cross-functional collaboration, visibility, and predictability
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally including: customers, leadership, engineering, marketing, and other client teams
- Support the company’s culture, values, and mission around democratizing access to medical expertise
Desired skills and experience:
- 3+ years product management experience of a healthcare focused B2B or B2B2C platform
- Expertise working with engineering teams in Agile development environment
- Comfort with tools like Jira, Confluence, Balsamiq, Zeplin, product analytics tools (e.g. Pendo) and SQL
- Technical degree a plus
- Startup experience a plus
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (not required for Spain candidates)
- Proactive and passionate about product management and making a difference in healthcare
