Catalytic is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing and dynamic team.  As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in the organization. You will be responsible for prospecting and closing deals with the largest target customers.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage full sales life cycle - closing new business and identify opportunities for growth with existing customers
  •  The ability to prospect, demo, and close in a high paced environment
  • Prospect into and drive revenue through the largest, highest-spend opportunities
  • Build pipeline through own network 
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams
  • Build and manage a territory plan 
  • Learn and demonstrate the Catalytic platform to new prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce

 

The ideal candidate brings: 

  •  Proven experience  selling a SaaS B2B product
  • Track record of exceeding 7 figure quotas
  • Ability to engage through inbound and outbound calls working in a team selling environment 

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Proven success in team selling into large enterprise accounts
  • Process automation experience is a plus 
  •  Willingness to learn in a high-paced sales environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
  • Experience using Salesforce, Zoom, Google and Gmail
