We simplify the study abroad search, application, and acceptance process. Not only do we help students with their study abroad journey, but we also help academic institutions to find the best students globally. Our goal is to help enable better, more diverse, schools that are enriched with cultures from all over the world.

Responsibilities:

    • Support external and internal stakeholders in organizational implementation and user adoption strategy for Salesforce
    • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of Salesforce users
    • Work with declarative features like creating workflow rules, flows, approval processes, process builder, escalation rules, user permissions, security protocol and assignment rules for complex business process automation
    • Be on the lookout for process improvement opportunities in lead generation, customer segmentation, territory management, quota attainment, pipeline growth and campaign performance.
    • Proactively lead efforts to implement process improvement solutions
    • Support Data management through regular data validation and maintenance, and data retrieval when required. 
    • Administer and maintain SFDC integrations with internal and external business applications. 
    • Troubleshoot and document SFDC system issues
    • Support Salesforce onboarding and training for Organizational end users
    • Organize and maintain analytics, reportings and dashboards in Salesforce
    • Conduct regular system audits, manage the upgrades, follow best practices, and stay up to date with SFDC’s release features

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred
    • Minimum 3 years experience on Sales and Marketing Cloud as Platform Administrator 
    • Experience leading configuration, business analysis, process builder, user adoption and customization of Salesforce
    • Excellent data management knowledge and skills
    • Experience working in Agile Environment
    • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
