Job Overview
Yellowbrick has an outstanding opportunity for the right person to join a rapidly growing startup and be part of scaling our product operations team. As our TPM, you will act as overall project owner and be responsible for overall project execution success. TPM will work closely with product management, engineering, production, purchasing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure overall technical design and production quality meet customer requirements. This role is very critical because successful execution and customer satisfaction leads to new opportunities. We welcome candidates with can-do attitude and strong track record of success to apply.
Responsibilities
- Interface with new product development teams to assist in defining requirements and project plans.
- Plan and support NPI while assessing requirements for GA and on-going production.
- Assist in creating BOMs, MPI’s, TPI’s and other critical product and manufacturing documentation
- Work closely with engineering and supply chain organizations to plan materials and test capital required to meet the program objectives for quality, schedule and cost.
- Assist in planning for field upgrades and customer projects.
- Convert customer requirements into actionable and measurable activities to drive improvements in manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Help document procedures and train supply chain partners on product build and test requirements
Qualifications
- BS/MS Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering
- 5+ years in the IT industry prior experience in Engineering Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or Test Engineering
- Strong technical background and experience working in a server and storage ODM or OEM environment
- Experience with servers, storage and networking products for data center infrastructure
- Prior experience in both fast-paced startup and established companies preferred. Ability to understand and impact fast growth and scale.
- Experience working with Arena, Jira, and related development tools
- Experience with data analytics and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building strong, collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders.
