Customer Solutions Engineer

DESCRIPTION:

Slync.io is seeking a talented Customer Solutions Engineer with at least 5 years of experience; Supply Chain Experience is extremely beneficial.  You will receive an excellent comp package, great health, life, dental, and vision insurance benefits. 

As a Slync.io Customer Solutions Engineer you will participate in customer/partner calls to gain a detailed understanding of requirements enabling you to build world-class solutions on the Slync.io Platform.  You will become a supply chain and logistics-space technical wizard with a deep understanding of the Slync.io platform.  Solutions engineers build robust and scalable integration solutions that are repeatable and easily supported. This job requires a high energy hands-on, passionate, and creative problem solver who will be expected to complete work independently and lead others to success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10 years in software development and customer solutions (ideally in Logistics/Supply Chain) 
  • Excellent customer relations skills 
  • Superior written and oral communications 
  • Excellent customer relations and organization skills
  • Ability to rapidly grasp new concepts
  • Experience in handling document formats like EDI, XML, JSON 
  • Experience working with HTTP APIs, especially as they relate to third-party integrations
  • Experience with Node, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript scripting
  • Experience in any of the integration platforms like Dell Boomi, Mulesoft etc.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within the company, interacting with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Highly driven with a startup mentality
  • Positive attitude with a high energy level
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
