About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for a Senior Associate to help us scale our Blended Care Video-Therapy business. This role will be a great fit if you are energized by managing the day-to-day operations for our providers, building relationships with clinicians, providing high-quality customer service, and delivering business results. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.

In your first year, you will…

      • Serve as primary business manager for a number of our Blended Care providers, maintaining regular contact so that they feel supported and empowered after every interaction
      • Manage day-to-day business operations for the Blended Care program (overall program tracking, provider recruiting/training, program operations, etc.)
      • Collaborate internally with teams such as clinical, HR, legal, and others to effectively resolve provider-related issues, questions and concerns
      • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and scaling in managing Blended Care providers and put those into practice, balancing empathy for individual provider needs with the scalability of broader policy
      • Playing integral team role to continue to make Blended Care a top program for providers, clients, and customers

Work Experience:

    • 4-7 years of operations, customer success, or related experience; some high-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred.
    • Exceptional people skills, with prior experience managing (many) individual relationships and influencing without authority strongly preferred
    • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams 
    • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
    • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
    • Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
