The Seasonal Weekend Warrior Team Member will work alongside our high-energy team, picking and processing orders to be shipped to customers worldwide. The primary responsibility is to unload, stage, count, and notate all products that arrive on the dock. The individual is expected to maintain accuracy and efficiency in accordance with Receiving's standard operating procedures.

Shift:  Weekend Warrior Friday - Sunday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Seasonal Team Members at Lulus have the potential to earn up to $17.75/hour! You will have the opportunity to earn full-time employment status based on excellent performance, attendance, and position availability upon season end. Otherwise, you will be eligible to return for a future season if you wish to apply.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Receive inbound shipments and verify correct content, following through to ensure proper stocking procedures are followed
• Other warehouse duties as assigned
• Build boxes and supply receiving team with materials and other assistance as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
• Identify and document any non-conformance issues with incoming products

Work Environment:

• Duties are performed both inside and outside in varying temperatures including heat, cold, and sometimes wet or humid conditions. Exposure to high background noise is probable.

Physical Requirements for Performing Essential Duties:

• Sitting/Standing/Walking: Approximately 95% of the time is spent in varying work areas where standing and walking is required. 5% of time spent in an office environment.
• Speaking/Hearing: Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate co-workers and subordinates
• Vision: Ability to visualize items around the work area, able assess weights, and judge distances and heights. Good eye-hand/foot coordination
• Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs by hand
• Stooping/Kneeling: Ability to stoop and/or kneel to access locations as needed
