Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Corporate FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A team.
About the role
This job consists in supporting the FP&A Director in its enabling and monitoring role of the company financial performance. It will allow to build best – in – class capabilities in corporate financial planning and analysis in a high growth, ambitious VC-backed company.
You will report to the FP&A Director and will be working with 2 Senior FP&A Analysts.

What you’ll do
Monitoring and reporting of Vestiaire Collective operational performance: identify, analyze, and recommend gap closing options; monitor forecast accuracy on GMV, Revenue and Adj. EBITDA; track and analyze a set of operational KPIs; prepare top quality presentations for financial planning reviews in Board of Directors meetings and Core meetings.
Coordinate annual Budgeting process, Quarterly reforecasts and Monthly closings.
Handle Data management topics and be the key spokesperson with BI team
Support Investor Relations activity in preparing standard reporting, or through ad hoc analyses
In close collaboration with accounting, optimize the automation of monthly closing process through datawarehousing of accounting and forecast data
Business partnership with the Chief People Officer and monitor people costs at company level
Ad-hoc analyzes as per Corporate FP&A Director request
Who you are
Excellent proficiency in Excel, and in Data Mining and Data Viz (SQL, Snowflake, Tableau..)
3-5 years of professional experience
Big brain with integrity and outstanding analytical skills, and self-aware
Excellent oral and written communication skills, in English and French, with ability to interact senior management
Overachiever, used to coping with challenging projects, adapting to changing environment, under high pressure, short timings and in full autonomy
Be structured, organized, motivated by continuous improvement
Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others.
Tech company experience and/or listed environment are not a must but would be a plus
