Do you take charge of planning, executing, measuring and optimizing well-orchestrated inbound and outbound marketing programs to deliver memorable experiences to achieve enterprise and federal pipeline generation goals? Are you a proactive communicator who builds relationships to deliver unique customer journeys with your teammates in marketing and sales?
HackerOne provides a two-sided marketplace, dealing both with hackers and commercial customers. We’re creating a new category of security solutions so we are looking for someone to bring their most innovative and unique ideas.  Join us and lead our growth initiatives in North America commercial and public sector markets by building a unique customer journey with your extended teammates in marketing and sales. 
This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Growth and is located remotely on the East Coast.

Your Journey at HackerOne

  • Develop full funnel lead generation campaigns in partnership with sales team leaders to support named account strategies
  • An understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms to ensure accurate lead management, audience segmentation, and tracking
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs dashboards and other business metrics – reporting results to your constituents and suggested optimizations
  • Lead data-driven planning calls with sales and marketing to ensure full funnel pipeline coverage for your region.
  • Identify and manage external lead sources such as advertising partners, industry content publishers and regional pipeline acceleration events in close collaboration with the Event team.
  • Work with the product marketing team to adapt go-to-market and content plans to the needs of specific accounts or verticals for the sales team.  
  • Collaborate with sales on which accounts to target with which programs and when.  
  • Be an advocate for the sales and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities. Develop specific tactics, offers and messages required to hit pipeline goals.
  • Be an advocate for the marketing department and help the sales team you support understand the marketing department's priorities and how to use marketing campaigns to support pipeline generation. 

Who you are

    • 6+ years experience supporting direct sales. 
    • Experience taking charge of regional marketing programs.
    • Successful track record of delivering, accelerating, and expanding enterprise B2B sales pipeline through regional marketing.
    • ABM and Vertical marketing experience is highly preferred
    • Understanding of public sector market differences.
    • Exemplary communication skills. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
    • Capacity to gain a deep understanding of the needs and experiences of Security 
    • Detail-oriented and organized, able to meet deadlines. 
    • Successful track record working with US Public Sector sales team, distributors, and channel partners.
    • Knowledge of Civilian agencies and Department of Defense and ability to translate this into unique marketing plans for each.
