The company's platform is used to search, compare and book air freight capacities across airlines and gives access to real-time prices and available capacities, enabling international freight forwarders and cargo carriers to get digital and data driven distribution channel, attracting new business at low cost and high operational efficiency.

🏆 What’s the opportunity?
Winning new airlines is an exciting challenge and critical to’s success in changing our industry. In the role of Business Development Manager you directly influence our growth and are critical in winning the world’s largest airlines. 
From compelling pitch to negotiation you will spend your time forging strong relationships with the airline’s management. Your goal is to champion change, to form consensus and to drive your targets to closing.

🕵🏼‍♀️ What you’ll be doing?

    • You build and nurture strong business relationships
    • You drive airlines from exploration through solution design to negotiation and closing
    • You align with internal teams (e.g. Partner Success, Product and Marketing) to share intelligence and to secure alignment and support for your sales strategy
    • You represent at industry events, trade shows and conferences
    • You track and manage business development key results based on our company Objectives & Key Results (OKR)
    • You manage and keep the airline side of our CRM up to date at all times

🙋🏽‍♀️ What you’ll need

    • You have +6 years of experience working as a management consultant in a top 10 global management consultancy firms
    • You have a proven track record in planning and delivering impactful on-site client projects 
    • You have a proven track record of building trust and strong working relationships with senior (C- and VP-level) stakeholders
    • You are fluent in English (C2), additional languages are a plus
    • You have an intuitive technological understanding and look forward to comprehensively understanding our product and customers needs

Plus points if:

    • You have a genuine interest in the logistics industry 
    • You have experience using HubSpot 
    • You have experience working in a SaaS/Software company
