Job Description

Parabola is closing the productivity inequality gap with a drag-and-drop, visual programming platform. We're starting with knowledge workers (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) and empowering them to increase their productivity leverage and become self-sufficient without having to learn how to code.

What we're looking for
We've built a product that clearly resonates with our customers. They describe Parabola as giving them dignity, making them feel powerful, and the critical tool in their tool-belt. These customers today are excited to talk with us, actively expand on their own accord, and deploy critical new use cases for their company on Parabola. In the process, our customers self-serve onto plans that normally require enterprise sales teams, resulting in best-in-class net dollar retention. We'd like to help make this process more seamless by engaging with our customers and driving expansion, which is why we're looking for you!
 
You'll help shepherd our customers through their user journey, empowering them to create and resonate more with our product and help Parabola expand within the companies that have already adopted us. You'll regularly speak with our active and growing customer base, work closely with our customer experience team to ensure these customers have a phenomenal experience from the get-go, collaborate with engineering, product, and design, to inform our product roadmap, lay the foundation for and iterate on an account management playbook, and everything in between.
 
A great week would be...
• Collaborate with our customer experience team to develop new recipes (templates) to send to existing customers.
• Lead a demo for a leading ecommerce company looking to expand their Parabola usage within their company.
• Share learnings from customer calls with our product, engineering, and design teams.
• Talk through enterprise pricing with a customer to figure out the right plan for them.
• Ideate and develop a drip campaign for existing customers.
 
About you
• Experience: You have experience working in account management, ideally in a fast-growing startup or larger tech company. More important than years of experience, you are a fast learner and excel in environments with ambiguous, challenging problems. We're happy to tailor scope, compensation, and title based on experience!
• Communicator: You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can build trust and rapport with others quickly.
• Growth mindset: You are constantly looking for ways to grow and learn and you'll bring that excitement about growth to the company.
• Tinkerer: You enjoy learning new tools and processes and building things from scratch.
• Resourceful and proactive: Your default is to figure out how to solve a problem, not why it can’t be done.
