We are looking for a US based Human Resources Specialist to join the Kenshoo Global HR team, supporting the Americas Region. The HR Specialist will report to the Senior Director of Human Resources and partner with HR team members in San Francisco, New York, and Tel Aviv to develop and implement key global and regional people initiatives. Primary responsibilities will include coordinating and enriching recruiting programs and processes, owning HR Ops for the region, and partnering with broader teams to support a positive employee experience and culture to consistently attract, develop, and retain the right talent.  

 

Responsibilities:

 

Recruiting Strategy and Coordination

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting coordination; Facilitate the initial kickoff call with hiring managers, prepare and post requisitions, screen applicants, schedule interviews; Ensure effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams at every stage of the process 
  • Consult with managers to evaluate staff requirements and specific job objectives; Help the hiring team with related recruiting methods, interview questions, candidate profile, diversity objectives, etc.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team on the design and execution of US and global recruiting strategy and programs; Develop processes and training to consistently increase the effectiveness of our hiring
  • Own the day-to-day management of the applicant tracking system (Comeet) and ongoing status and metrics reporting

Special Projects and HR Operations 

  • Own and/or support US and global projects in areas like employer of choice, external branding, diversity recruiting, manager and interviewer training, culture, employee soft-skills training
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects; like summarizing employee feedback, managing annual benefits open enrollment, and submitting year-end compliance reporting 
  • Own the employee pre-start through day-one HR onboarding steps, including by communicating logistics, facilitating HR onboarding sessions, processing new hire paperwork, I-9 verification, confirming benefits enrollments, etc. 
  • Create, audit, and maintain records of employee related data (payroll, benefits, etc.) in employee files and tools including ADP and Salesforce
  • Resolve internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and redirect or escalate as appropriate

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management capability 
  • Solid knowledge of Human Resources and Recruiting policies and best practices
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct different types of screening and interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral) 
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Tech experience preferred
