We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our team. Your work will directly impact the lives of people receiving care, people delivering care, and the families that are normally left in the dark about the entire care process. We want you to light up and innovate on systems that have traditionally been left behind. About the work:

The company utilizes a powerful technology platform to provide end-to-end service to care for seniors at home and is now entering a period of accelerated growth. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will help us meet the demand for innovation during high growth while ensuring that our product quality continues to meet our exceptionally high bar. This person needs to be able to think innovatively and proactively, and move fast.

  • Deeply embed with other teams in the company to fully understand their needs and problems
  • Partner and communicate with product and engineering leadership to accurately prioritize projects and initiatives
  • Project manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Work with engineers to develop metrics and analytics around projects and features
  • Communicate with appropriate stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Partner with engineering and design to create project plans and design specifications


About You: 

To succeed in the role, you’ll need to have:

  • Technical degree (engineering, economics, etc) or experience in a technical organization
  • 4-5+ years experience as a product manager
  • Strong UX and workflow design skills
  • Small company (<100) experience or strong PM training from a larger organization
  • High EQ ability
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Experience working with non-technical teams
  • Strong work ethic, willing and thrives on getting into the details
  • High empathy
  • Experience in a commercial or healthcare environment a bonus
