Job Description

We have built KONUX Connect, the first IIoT system in the rail industry designed for AI solutions. As a Junior HR Administrator, you will be part of our ambitious People & Culture team, reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture. Initially, you will support our HR Business Partners in all administrative tasks related to employee processes, and also become a topic owner for our payroll administration. The range of stakeholders you will work with includes HR Business Partners, Finance Managers, Legal and external service providers. After taking over our current well defined processes, you will have the opportunity to take them to the next level of quality and efficiency. In the next stage of your career development with KONUX, you will develop into an expert-role as HR Business Partner, Recruiting or Employer Branding Manager. Your Responsibilities

  • Be the topic owner and first point of contact for payroll, incl. coordination of efforts between external service providers (payroll, relocation agency) and internal departments (People & Culture, Finance & Accounting)
  • Ensure high quality and timely processing of our monthly payroll for all employees
  • Ensure high-quality relocation experience for all new hires by working closely with our relocation agency
  • Supporting employees with visa/work permit processes with information and documentation
  • Administration of on-/offboarding processes and legal documentation (preparation of employee contracts, scheduling onboarding sessions, preparing reference letters and Arbeitsbescheinigungen etc.) by using our HRMS Personio
  • Support HRBPs in all additional administrative task
  • Improving the efficiency and quality of HRBP related administrative processes

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, majoring in the field of Human Resources; Alternatively: Bachelor's or Master's degree in other fields and an internship in Human Resources
  • Full working proficiency in English and German (C2-Level truly needed in German)
  • Extremely detail oriented and able to deal sensitively with highly confidential data/materials
  • A talent for handling fluctuating priorities
  • A natural bent towards the KONUX Culture of growth mindset, resilience and flexibility
