The Senior Product Designer is in charge of conceptualizing and designing layouts that can be translated by EVERFI’s Development Team into engaging, interactive learning experiences. The Senior Product Designer collaborates with Product Managers, UX Designers (UX) and Product Design Directors to ensure the learning experiences are impactful, memorable and meaningful, partnering cross-functionally on execution and resulting iteration efforts.


  • Actively participate in the ideation and creation of digital learning products for EVERFI in close partnership with multidisciplinary
  • Partner with Accessibility and Learner Experience to ensure design and asset approach supports learning objectives as well as functional and interactive prototypes.
  • Lead the design of wireframes and prototypes to generate beautiful, engaging, accessible interface designs.
  • Select and treat stock imagery, direct other design team members to execute upon design vision.
  • Generate new course layouts and collaborate with design leads on creating visual concepts.
  • Lead the visual design vision for digital products – palette, typography, layout, etc.
  • Guide and mentor other designers, content/product managers, and internal developers throughout the asset creation process.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4 years design experience at an agency or in-house
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Expertise in prototyping tools (Sketch or Figma)
  • Rapid visualization skills of digital wireframes & sketches
  • Good communication skills to articulate creative and aesthetic choices to team
  • Strong collaboration skills; ability to balance team & individual in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience designing for interactive platforms preferred
  • User experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design experience preferred
  • Proven ability to generate assets within product cycles preferred
  • Working knowledge of development languages (HTML5 & CSS3) preferred
  • Ability to illustrate interactive visuals (graphics, animations, video) from sketches to high-fidelity assets preferred
