Job Description

We are looking for an integrated marketing manager to join our demand generation team. In this role you will be responsible for running campaigns focused on generating new business and driving customer expansion at small and medium-sized (SMB) businesses. To be successful in this role, you have to be exceptionally detail-oriented and creative, as well as an excellent written and verbal communicator.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • Develop and execute quarterly integrated campaigns to drive engagement, pipeline, and closed revenue, leveraging key channels such as digital ads, email, webinars, social, content syndication, field activities, direct mail, and more.
  • Own the demand generation and pipeline targets to support revenue goals for our SMB market for new business and customer expansion. 
  • Define and drive co-marketing programs with Incubators and VCs for emerging biotechnology companies.
  • Work closely with the sales development team to coordinate campaigns.
  • Create campaign promotion content, such as copywriting for landing pages, email promotion, ads, etc.
  • Identify needs for content and collateral specific to SMB and work with content experts to drive asset creation.
  • Working with our marketing operations team, manically analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights, and make data-based adjustments to improve performance and key learnings.

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 3+ years of demand generation experience
  • Experience in Life Science and/or B2B software preferred
  • Solid knowledge of demand generation funnels and tactics used to drive growth
  • Proficient in Salesforce as well as Pardot
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
