Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Team is growing! We are looking for an experienced inclusion recruiting advocate to help sculpt, design & execute our first ever aspirational inclusion recruiting (A.I.R.) strategy in close partnership with our Recruiting & Talent team. At Curology, we believe our recruiting process should be both equitable & inclusive, with pipeline diversity & representation at the forefront of how we approach talent - you would get to drive this work! This role would be reporting to our Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging.

What you'll do

    • Partner with the Head of DEIB to design, launch and scale a robust, inclusive & equitable recruiting strategy focused on expanding our pipeline diversity
    • Create innovative sourcing & attraction strategies that engage, support and drive hiring outcomes from underrepresented backgrounds
    • Partner closely with Recruiting & Hiring Managers to develop aspirational representation goals for our inclusion recruiting efforts, track against these goals and report out on progress, opportunities & suggested strategy changes to key business stakeholders 
    • Oversee and pioneer the development of Hiring Manager Inclusion Recruiting Training cross-functionally 
    • Partner closely with key stakeholders to align inclusion recruiting programming with overall company & DEIB  goals, ensuring collaboration across recruiting & People & Culture Business Partners. 
    • Design & develop an overarching external partnerships strategy including landscape research of conferences, tools & platforms that enhance our overall inclusion recruiting strategy 
    • Design a creative & innovative approach to an inclusion recruiting events strategy to support pipeline development & provide access to underrepresented talent in a Pandemic era. 
    • Provide programmatic support to Inclusion Recruiting efforts for the Recruiting team (referrals, sourcing power hours, etc.)

Who you are:

    • Passionate about creating a truly inclusive & equitable recruiting process, that bridges access to opportunity, mitigates bias, provides a world class candidate experience and enhances the diverse representation of our teams. 
    • 4+ Years of Inclusion (Diversity) Recruiting experience building cross-functional, highly impactful and innovative programs & strategies at scale. 
    • A deep understanding of relevant metrics, data sets & tactical metric reporting that calculate the health & success of an inclusion recruiting strategy as well as well versed in industry trends.
    • Experience with designing & implementing inclusion recruiting trainings for key stakeholders to enhance overall hiring outcomes 
    • Experience with examining & enhancing recruiting processes to ensure an inclusive & equitable approach 
    • Deep experience and understanding of inclusion and diversity strategies to attract, engage, support and hire candidates from underrepresented communities
    • Experience developing relationships with external partners across varying diverse communities to advance company inclusion and diversity initiatives and goals
