Job Description


SWORD Health is a pioneering digital healthcare company working to relieve the millions of people suffering from musculoskeletal pain. Our groundbreaking solution pairs licensed physical therapists with an artificial intelligence powered digital therapist to help people overcome chronic and post-surgical pain faster and more cost-effectively than anything out there. We’re on a mission to reduce U.S. healthcare costs by $70B by making it simple for people to recover at home, without resorting to imaging, surgeries or opioids.


Lead enrollment marketing for new and existing customers - this includes adjustments to the standard playbook, adding custom marketing as needed, and project managing all marketing preparation required to execute a successful campaign.
Create long-term enrollment marketing strategies for customers that take into account their lifecycle stage, marketing data, population-specific needs, and desired outcomes
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Design, Sales, and other teams to build and execute on marketing plans.
Identify and execute innovative enrollment opportunities, using a test and learn approach to validate proof of concept before taking key learnings to expand
Define, drive and measure KPIs for all initiatives
Continuously innovate SWORD’s approach to Enrollment Marketing
Inspire customer confidence in SWORD member marketing expertise and analytics
Scale marketing operations and tactics - build and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices are maintained and work is completed efficiently as we scale.


4+ years in user growth / user acquisition marketing
Experience in healthcare technology preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, or related field
Proven track record of driving towards goals under set targets, timelines and budgets
Highly curious, motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and PPT/Google Slides skills
Strong attention to detail
