What does a Growth Marketing Manager at CoderPad do?
As CoderPad’s first Growth Marketer, your work will be highly impactful in helping the company scale in new and existing markets, owning funnel optimization stages from awareness to trial to acquisition.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be co-responsible for top-line MRR growth. Success relies on having an experiment-mindset and a strong analytical background to measure success and make strategic growth decisions. This is a creative, entrepreneurial function of CoderPad’s customer acquisition strategy.
Sample Projects
- Identify opportunities in the funnel to optimize and grow customers and revenue by A/B testing landing pages, iterating on the trial experience, and testing improved UX to drive conversion.
- Create, iterate, and own experiments around website flow, messaging, and UX to efficiently and quickly scale campaigns.
- Design A/B experiments with data-driven hypotheses to increase user acquisition and revenue for various organic and paid channels.
- Measure KPIs for growing new MRR based on the impact of your experiments.
Requirements
Success Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience on a cross-functional B2B marketing team in a growth or product manager role at a high-performing organization.
- Hands-on experience executing and analyzing results of marketing experiments and customer acquisition using a data-driven approach.
- Results driven with a meticulous eye for detail – you obsess over optimizing campaigns and ensuring a holistic user experience.
- True marketer at heart – you constantly imagine how creative, copy, or interface elements can impact user behavior.
- Self-starter with bias to action – you thrive in fast-paced environments; finding yourself asking pivotal questions and turning to existing data or launching experiments to answer them.
- Expertise with testing and analytics tools – Google Optimize, Fullstory, Optimizely, VWO, Google Analytics, SQL, etc. Familiarity with our marketing tool stack (WordPress, Hubspot, Salesforce, Moz, Google Search Console) is a plus.
- Prior experience owning the full funnel and self-service revenue, or working at product-led growth companies is a big plus!
