The Small Business Group (SBG) contributes directly to Facebook’s mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, and then helping them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and many other tools. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business. The Small Business Group at Facebook is one of two sales channels responsible for Facebook’s multi-billion dollar advertising business. Our Small Business Team helps more than 99% of Facebook’s 10 million plus advertisers, and our potential business is even larger with more than 200 million businesses using our free tools to connect with customers. Facebook is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for its Small & Medium Business Channel Marketing team who is passionate about marketing and sales technology and driving measurable results. You will be shaping the technology used to launch, optimize, and scale global demand generation marketing campaigns through online channels such as Email, Ads, and Onsite upsells. Marketing Operations Manager, Infrastructure Responsibilities

Work directly with marketing teams to drive adoption of marketing tools and technologies and develop product requirements and prioritization for development teams to build marketing systems

Translate marketers' feedback and needs of marketing tools into process or product solutions and partner with engineering teams to see through prioritization and execution

Be an expert in our marketing channels, strategies and customers to understand and identify infrastructure needs of marketing team

Prioritize and measure initiatives through qualitative and quantitative analysis

Work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to do all of the above
Minimum Qualifications

6 or more years of experience with product management, digital marketing, or digital advertising

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing

Experience working directly with product and engineering teams to provide business cases & requirements

Experience launching or driving adoption of products, demonstrating knowledge of customer needs

Quantitative analytical experience, using tools such as Excel or SQL
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with digital marketing channels (Email, Facebook Ads, Display, Onsite Merchandising, etc.)

Experience with an enterprise-scale sales or marketing automation platform (Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc.)

Experience with demand gen marketing, optimizing digital marketing performance to drive sales qualified leads
