Job Description

Responsibilities:

We are dedicated to making aerial technology accessible, reliable and easy to use for creators, innovators and businesses around the world. DJI Netherlands office is currently seeking for a passionate Customer Service Specialist to join the team in our Barendrecht office. Customer Service Specialist helps to provide professional support and various services for a better user experience and long lasting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities - include but are not limited to: •Be able to demonstrate all features of DJI products and be the first point of contact for both technical related information and service policy to customer inquiries with professional communication skills. •Manage customer relationships by analyzing customer service inquiries via phone, live chat or E-mail, and providing solutions. Provide support for order inquiries (like payment, delivery, order status, invoice, refund, complaints and etc.) •Interpret DJI customer service policy to customers, including promotions, special offers, DJI credits, and other related guides. •Handle quotation and payment related issues.

Requirements:

Basic Requirements: •Excellent and influential interpersonal communication skills. •Ability to take initiatives and be result-oriented. •Fluency in English, both written and spoken. •Proficiency in Windows Office software. •Great problem solving skills and good time management. •Pressure resistant and a true team player. Preferred Skills: •Knowledge of French or other European languages will be a plus. •Professional service experiences in consumer electronics industry is preferred.
