Job Description

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with the Corporate Marketing teams to source insights and feedback from  Eagle Eye  customers and prospects through win/loss analysis, surveys, and interviews to inform messaging, product and pricing strategy, and to develop customer reference materials including quotes, references, case studies, public presentations, etc.
  • Work closely with product development team to determine the most impactful course for each existing and new product features
  • Size and define marketing segments to drive the Eagle Eye targeting and Account Based Marketing strategies, user and buyer persona development, and vertical/role-based messaging and materials.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to shape and influence the product roadmap through your understanding of market problems and buyer requirements.
  • Develop a highly differentiated, targeted, and effective messaging hierarchy based on market insights, feedback from customers, prospects, and analysts, and in collaboration with key internal stakeholders including senior management.
  • Development and source high-impact internal and public-facing sales and channel enablement materials including datasheets, presentations, use-case driven product demos, web content, thought leadership articles, blogs, and videos that clearly communicate the value and competitive advantages of our products and services to drive sales and marketing results. Support Channel Marketing efforts, leveraging all direct sales and marketing materials in support of the recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of reseller partners.  
  • In addition to providing content as described above, develop and deliver training and internal tools to all client-facing employees that support the selling process and equip staff to have valuable conversations that support Eagle Eye’s ability to maintain existing business and drive new revenue.
  • Create training materials and training programs for the sales teams
  • Develop customer references, testimonials and case studies.
  • Monitor and report on market reception of products. 
 

Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS and/or Video Surveillance. 
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences, from C-level to entry level, internal and external, including public speaking.
  • Experience developing strategic, integrated marketing plans and launching new solutions to market.
  • Customer-focused, relationship management skills, and a proven portfolio of marcom and sales enablement materials that include customer references, quotes, and participation
  • Willingness and ability to pivot as requirements and circumstances change in a start-up environment
  • Strong affinity for sales team success, prior sales experience a plus
