DonorDrive is seeking a strategic enterprise sales executive to address this rapidly growing market segment and add to its current corporate customer list, which already includes top brands such as Warner Media, Dunkin Brands, Activision Blizzard, and others. The Strategic/Large Enterprise Account Executive will be chartered with driving the adoption of the DonorDrive Platform with new Enterprise clients and leveraging Partners, Marketing Services, Development, and Customer Success resources for success.

What You'll Do:

  • Define market segments and building go-to-market approaches for the Corporate / CSR market
  • Clearly sell and articulate the value add of DonorDrive products.
  • Driving sales and adoption of DonorDrive platform to new corporate clients.
  • Identify brand / nonprofit connection points
  • Achieve targets and driving performance to exceed target.
  • Identify emerging trends in non-profit sector and fundraising innovation.
  • Sell across Executive level and across different LOB decision makers that include the CSR Teams, Corporate Marketing, Senior Executives, Employee Engagement, etc.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline within with good history of account activity and contact engagement.
  • Leverage best practices of a structured sales methodology while leveraging your solution selling skills to qualify and progress opportunities in a timely fashion towards successful resolution.
  • Leverage expertise and network within the NFP sector to develop and implement an annual territory plan and account plan to hit target quotas.
  • Consultative selling by asking questions and understanding the clients' needs and how the DonorDrive Platform can solve those needs.

30 Days

  • Gain a complete understanding of the DonorDrive platform and value proposition
  • Become proficient in the DonorDrive tools and selling methodology –
  • Defining market segments and building go-to-market approaches for the Corporate / CSR market
  • Identifying brand / nonprofit connection points

90 Days

  • Hitting ramp goals; building pipeline to achieve goals
  • Driving sales and adoption of DonorDrive platform to new corporate clients

90 Days and Beyond 

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting and pipeline goals that our sales team can convert into qualified opportunities
  • Developing value propositions and new service offerings catering to the Corporate CSR market segment
  • Preparing executive level pitches and selling across different LOB decision makers that include the CSR Teams, Corporate Marketing, Senior Executive Leadership teams, Employee Engagement teams, etc.
  • Provide consistent feedback to the team on observed trends, market opportunities, strategies, product offerings, etc.

What We Seek:

  • 8+ years' experience in enterprise sales with a strong understanding of SaaS offerings
  • Knowledge of Office and CRM systems ( preferred)
  • Must have multi-thread sales experience selling into large enterprise accounts
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including experience building cost justification plans to close enterprise business deals
  • Proven track record of success
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to execute different types of activities effectively through time management
