The Opportunity
Join Springboard’s newly formed University Partnerships vertical, as it’s first ABM and demand generation lead. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a rapidly growing vertical within Springboard. In support of the University Partnerships business development activities, you will manage end to end demand generation, nurture and conversion activities throughout the partner acquisition funnel.
 
The ideal candidate is data-driven,  with focus in ABM (Account Based Marketing) and demand generation, and an understanding of higher education buying cycles and personas. Reporting to the GM of University Partnerships you will work with internal cross functional teams and external partners to bring Springboard’s world class programs to university partners.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute on ABM (Account Based Marketing) strategies and demand generation programs to secure interest and meetings with prospective university partners aligned with our TAM.
  • Set up process, infrastructure and assets to support every stage of the funnel and university buying cycle.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, business operations to establish and execute on marketing, account research and campaign workflows.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation program by leveraging inbound and outbound tactics (e.g. webinars, white papers, use cases, events, conferences, demos, PR, web assets, direct response digital advertising etc.
  • Create and execute an annual marketing calendar and manage marketing budget for University Partnerships.
  • Partner with content and brand teams to build Springboard’s University Partnerships web assets. Oversee all performance metrics, A/B message testing etc.
  • Research and put to marketing new strategies to raise awareness of Springboard University Partnerships, as measured by qualified leads and new partnerships.
You
  • Excited to make a difference in career focused education with 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or ABM or combination.
  • Demonstrated experience in running marketing activities with strong measurable results.
  • Excellent content creation skills.
  • A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute.
  • Enterprising and creative with an impeccable ability to prioritize.
Bonus points if you have… (optional)
    • Experience with B2B demand generation in the education or workforce development industries.
