Job Description

We are looking for a customer-facing analytical consultant to help our prospects and customers optimize their value from the BioCatch solutions. The Threat Analyst will work with prospects in POCs and pilots as part of the sales cycle to illustrate the value of Behavioural Biometrics provided by the BioCatch solutions. He/She will also work with customers’ authentication and fraud operations teams to deliver a periodical evaluation of detection and evidence of performance, analyze new fraud patterns, and provide feedback to the BioCatch teams. We also work tactically to react to emerging fraud attacks.

This role is a great challenge for a strong analyst who is ready to use their skills to solve complex business/fraud problems using cutting-edge technology and data tools to enable high levels of customer success.

Requirements

Skills:

  • A bachelors / graduate degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics/related field
  • Experience in managing large customer accounts in global markets
  • Experience with SQL to an intermediate/advanced level
  • Experience with financial institutions’ fraud departments or deploying of fraud monitoring tools- an advantage
  • Experience in fraud companies - an advantage
  • Understanding of statistical modeling techniques - an advantage
  • Experience with Python and/or R - an advantage
  • Excellent English language communication skills

Notes:

  • Available for domestic travel to meet customers and lead onsite workshops
  • Full-time hours, flexible working hours
