The Sales Coordinator supports all efforts that maximizes revenue growth for the Innovid Brand and Agency sales team. He/she will work closely with Agency, Brand, and Publisher teams to assist with research, data entry, meeting prep, and any additional tasks that contribute to the growth of Innovid’s business.
The Sales Coordinator will be able to alleviate individual salespeople from performing non-revenue driving tasks in order to give them more bandwidth to move their business. In addition, he/she will arm the team with research and information that can help inform larger holding company and account strategies.
 What You Will Do: 
  • Primary role is providing support in sales administration and sales-related reports
  • All major tasks will be managed through RVPs (Regional Vice Presidents), while individual salespeople can request support on individual projects or Salesforce entries with the RVPs discretion in order to avoid an inundation of menial tasks
  • Work closely with RVPs to compile research on current and prospective accounts including contact information, press releases, and conference attendance
  • Assist with ongoing management of sales tools and technology, helping the team stay organized and handling manual data entry
  • Helping to coordinate materials for meetings
  • Gathering industry/trade articles on a client or relevant topics and present findings to the sales team
  • Attend client meetings and events to help support sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing team on efforts that require sales support

  • Ability to work with Excel and willingness to learn additional skills
  • Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes; ability to adapt to changing tides

  • Desire to move into a client facing/ interacting role
  • Good communication skills interdepartmentally and externally
  • Bachelor's Degree
