*About the Role: *

The Performance Marketing Manager will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and reporting on multi-channel B2B lead generation campaigns designed to acquire new customers and cross-sell to current ones. This position reports to the Head of Marketing and will be a collaborative, confident and results-driven leader with the gravitas to work with senior stakeholders across Simplifeye. It's a dynamic, fast-moving and fun environment with new product launches, an amazing team, and tight timetables.


  • Develop and implement an audience-focused and account-based marketing strategy to meet business KPIs through online and offline channels, including strategies to:
  • Drive lead generation for new business acquisition
  • Identify key target audiences for business development, managing and segmenting data, and identifying strategies to close gaps
  • Drive referrals through the creation and optimization of customer journeys and partnerships
  • Maximize revenue from existing clients through cross-product promotion and sales
  • Launch new products and services
  • Track and report channel performance, consumer behavior metrics, spend, and ROI, sharing insights to improve CPL, CPA, CPC, and CLV.
  • Design and implement paid search campaigns, paid social media campaigns, and media buys to generate leads and ensure conversions through effective landing pages and lead nurturing funnels
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Director of Content and Social Media, Head of UX Design, Head of Sales, and other team members to develop marketing and sales collateral and track effectiveness


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B healthcare marketing in advanced leadership roles with demonstrated knowledge of account-based marketing and content marketing.
  • Your resume or cover letter must include KPIs that demonstrate campaign success, leads generated, and ROI and detail your experience with event marketing, media buying, paid search, paid social media, lead generation and lead nurturing.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Strong copywriting skills, presentation skills, contract negotiation skills, time management skills, and organizational skills are a must.
  • Must be proficient in Salesforce, Hubspot, LeadsRx or similar attribution CRMs.
  • Must have superior skills in Excel, budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, and data presentation.
  • Must be innovative, creative, and bold to advance new ideas and best practices
