Job Description

TriEye is looking for an experienced Device Engineer to be a part of our innovative team, leading the design of a variety of SWIR photosensitive architectures and projects in the world of image sensors

Responsibilities
•Design and simulate optoelectronic devices from concept and POC to production and qualification
• Work on simulation models and correlate between simulations to actual optoelectronic device fabrication and measurements
• Perform research and feasibility studies for new device architectures
• Work closely with the Analog and System teams to optimize functionality and key performance parametrics
• Plan, track, and report the design work

Requirements
• MSc in Physics/Applied Physics/Electrical Engineering, PhD an advantage.
• At least 5 years of hands-on work in optoelectronic device work and characterization, Image sensor devices an advantage.
• Experience in working with TCAD tools (e.g. Sentaurus, Silvaco, Lumerical)
• Experience with CMOS processes – an advantage
• Experience with statistical assistant software (e.g. JMP) – an advantage
